The Orders and Medals of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia
The Sovereign, in his capacity as a good honorum, holds the power to create, recognize and transmit orders of legitimate chivalry. This right, based on sovereignty - whether territorial, dynastic or symbolic - confers on the Sovereign the dignity of Grand Master of the orders he establishes or protects.
The notion of honorum refers to the legitimate authority at the origin of honorary awards. It is based on a legal and historical tradition according to which only sovereign states or monarchs with legitimacy can confer titles and insignia of moral, social or protocol value.
Thus, the creation of an authentic order of chivalry is not a matter of private initiative or self-proclamation, but an act of sovereignty. The Fons Honorum embodies this source of authority, guaranteeing the validity and continuity of the honors granted.
Royal and Noble Order of the Crown of Steel
The Royal Order of the Crown of Steel created by Antoine de Tounens in December 1869 includes the ranks of Grand Crosses, Grand Officers, Commanders, Officers and Knights.
This distinction is awarded to personalities whose work or commitment contributes to the defence of fundamental rights, the recognition of indigenous cultures - especially the Mapuche people - and the promotion of an ideal of peace, dialogue and shared dignity.
The Order of the Crown of Steel may be proposed by the Council of the Kingdom. Its handing over is accompanied by a solemn act, inscribed in the ceremonial tradition of the Kingdom, and aims to inscribe the recipient's commitment in a living collective memory.

Royal and Noble Order of Queen Laure Thérèse
This order was established by Prince Philip I on 28 August 1958 to recognise and reward the contribution of women to supporting the Monarchy and their exemplary commitment to the Mapuche cause. Revoked in 2014 by Prince Anthony IV, the Order of Queen Laure Theresa was re-established on 18 July 2025 by royal decree of Prince Anthony V, thus reaffirming the place of a founding female figure in dynastic history. This recovery honours the memory of a committed sovereign, and recalls that women have always contributed to the dignity, stability and moral impulse of the monarchy.
The Order regains its vocation: to recognize the paths of those who embody the spirit of service, justice and fidelity. It is now part of a renewed vision, looking to the future, but rooted in a living memory.

Royal and Noble Order of the South Star
The Royal Noble Order of the South Star created by Antoine de Tounens on 24 June 1872 includes the ranks of Grand Crosses, Grand Officers and Officers. The holders enjoy in particular at the court of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia "the title of patricians of New France."

Royal Society of the Southern Constellation
The Royal Society of the Southern Constellation was founded by Antoine de Tounens on September 8, 1875. It is a free association under the protection and glory of God and under the perpetual patronage of the king of Araucania and Patagonia. The distinctive feature of its members is a medal formed by a Greek-shaped cross confined by the stars of the southern constellation, all topped by the royal crown.
